Urban Promise Academy: Building Community

• On October 19, 2012, UPS employees visited our campus to volunteer, decorating boards in the hallways, helping in the main office with filing, and working with family volunteers to replant UPA's front gardens. Thank you, UPS for continuing to support our students and our community. We greatly value the partnership!

• Summer opportunities for our students! Aim High is a FREE academic summer program that "combines intensive, engaging and challenging academic classes with activities and events that create opportunities for leadership development and community exploration." AIM High applications are due April 6, 2012.

• Five outstanding UPA athletes were honored at an Oakland Raiders game in 2009!
